Learning Goals:

Discover your leadership style

• • Identify and understand the leadership styles based on Goleman’s model.
  • Play Evivve, a multiplayer online game-based learning platform, to experience the pressure that simulates real-life environments and brings forth genuine behaviours.
  • Reflect on your actions and behaviours during the game, and identify your unique leadership style, including its strengths and weaknesses.
  • Gain insights on what to focus on for expanding your leadership style repertoire.

Coaching Fundamentals

• • Recognise the benefits of coaching in a leadership role.
  • Develop active listening skills to effectively engage with team members.
  • Learn powerful questioning techniques to facilitate self-reflection and growth.
  • Understand the TGROW model as a framework for coaching conversations.

Lead in a human way

• • Using the TGROW approach, provide constructive feedback.
  • Explore how to genuinely expressing recognition and appreciation motivate and inspire your team.
  • Understand the connection between caring leadership and team performance.

By the end of the workshops, you will be able to:

• • Identify your leadership styles and effectively leverage them in your managerial roles.
  • Apply basic coaching skills, including active listening, powerful questioning, and the TGROW model, to support the growth and development of your team members.
  • Lead in a compassionate and human-centered way, creating a positive work environment and enhancing team motivation and productivity.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recognition to drive performance and engagement within your teams.

Training Hours & Delivery

The duration of the workshop will be 9 hours delivered online (live virtual) in 3 sessions of 3 hours each:

• • Session 1: November 22nd, 17:30-20:30
  • Session 2: December 6th, 17:30-20:30
  • Session 3: December 13th, 17:30-20:30

To ensure an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience, we limit the maximum number of participants to 10, allowing space for engagement and valuable moments in our workshops.

Individual coaching session will be set at the end of the program with each participant.

Session dates and hours could be modified based on group general availability.
